A Review from the Owners
Are we allowed to review our own resort? We promise to be objective in singing our own praises, I hope nobody minds…
To start, we are a cliffside resort with 16 newly renovated villas, all of which have Ocean Front views overlooking Chaweng Bay. The views truly are spectacular, but don’t take our word for it, our guest reviews (on Trip Advisor) are testament to that. We’re just lucky I guess…
Secondly, in our recent refurbishment, we’ve invested heavily in superior comfort at every opportunity. This is reflected in the luxury mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets on every bed as standard. We are incredibly proud of the good night’s sleep we offer and as the reviews enforce, a lot of guests like to spend most of their time in bed, watching Netflix on the Apple TV – another standard feature in every room here at Boujis.
While we don’t like to boast, we are just being honest about the service and amenities we provide – and as a boutique resort, we know how incredibly important it is to focus on the little details that ultimately make up the overall experience.
We’re not perfect, but we’d very much like to be. Plus we work very hard at doing our best in identifying what is really important – and moreso what makes a stay most memorable.
That’s why at Boujis our core focus is on genuine hospitality – to be able to go above and beyond in catering to every need or request of our guests, to ensure they each have a unique and personalised experience staying with us.
When it comes to Trip Advisor reviews, each is subjective, each is unique to the individual, their expectations and their specific requirements. We know you can’t fake that. You can be the most beautiful, pristine resort in the world – but without a personal connection to your guests with an impetus on identifying and exceeding expectations, the truth is, you will never be able to maintain a great reputation.
So we hope you don’t mind us giving our own review – as we aren’t doing it to blow our own trumpet per se, we are in fact simply reaching out to let our guests – or potential guests know how much we care about them. That’s you. And without you, we would never be able to set ourselves apart as a destination that truly offers something different in terms of genuine, generous hospitality…with a dash of real boutique luxury.
